The Innovation Place Bio Processing Centre provides custom processing on a contract basis for the nutraceutical, cosmetic and agri-food industries.
If you have a product that requires extraction and processing in aqueous alcohol or you are looking to carry out preliminary processing prior to constructing your own facility, the Bio Processing Centre can assist you. The plant is also available for clients to bring in their own or rental equipment to test different processes or concepts, or to train staff prior to the startup of a client's own facility.
The staff at the Bio Processing Centre is experienced and committed to customer service. Plant extraction, plant fractionation and custom processing is carried out utilizing customer-developed and supplied technology held in strict confidence.
The Bio Processing Centre has obtained a site license under Health Canada’s Natural Health Product Directorate. The site license requires compliances with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Assurance supervision of all processing. |
